IRC Island è la land ufficiale di IRC, la associazione italiana per la formazione laica e sanitaria alla rianimazione cardiopolmonare. Non è certamente un luogo molto frequentato da chi pensa che Second Life possa o debba essere solo un gioco, ma noi ve la consigliamo ugualmente, perché dimostra che il metaverso della Linden Lab può essere anche lo strumento per svolgere importanti attività didattiche “reali” e non solo roleplaying. Se siete interessati, un gruppo di IRC è presente anche in Facebook. IRS Island is the official land of the Italian Resuscitation Council. A land surely not much crowded by those who think Second Life could or should only be a game, but we suggest it the same, since it demonstrates that Linden Lab’s metaverse can be an instrument for important “real” learning activities and not just roleplaying.
